Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to the LogiRoute AI website at logirouteai.xyzand, where no separate written agreement applies, to the LogiRoute AI software and early-access program (together, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it. Where you have signed an order form or customer agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence.

LogiRoute AI provides route optimization, dispatch and fleet analytics software for businesses. The Services are under active development. Features offered through early access may change, be limited or be withdrawn, and may not have the full functionality of a generally available product.

The interactive demo on our website uses fictional sample data for illustration only. It does not represent the results of any customer or guarantee any outcome.

Access to the platform is provided to business users we have approved. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, for activity under your account, and for making sure only your authorized personnel use it. Tell us promptly at hello@logirouteai.xyz if you suspect unauthorized access.

• Provide accurate order, address, vehicle and driver information, and keep it up to date.
• Make sure you have the rights and any notices or consents required to upload data about your customers, drivers and other individuals.
• Review routes, re-dispatch suggestions and maintenance signals before acting on them. Routes and recommendations are advisory. Drivers must follow traffic laws, road conditions and your safety policies at all times.
• Remain responsible for vehicle maintenance, roadworthiness and regulatory compliance of your fleet.

You must not:

• use the Services for any unlawful purpose or to track individuals without a lawful basis;
• attempt to access accounts, systems or data you are not authorized to access;
• interfere with, overload or disrupt the Services or their infrastructure;
• reverse engineer, copy or resell the Services except as allowed by law or by written agreement with us;
• upload malicious code or content that infringes the rights of others.

We may suspend access that breaches these rules or puts the Services or other users at risk.

You keep ownership of the data you upload to the Services. You grant us the rights needed to host, process and display that data to provide, secure and support the Services for you. We may use aggregated, de-identified operational data to maintain and improve the Services, including our prediction models, in a way that does not identify you or any individual. Our handling of personal information on the website is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Services, including the software, models, design, text, graphics and the LogiRoute AI name and logo, are owned by LogiRoute AI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer any of those rights to you. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

The Services rely on third-party providers, such as cloud hosting, mapping and geocoding services. Their availability and accuracy are outside our full control, and map, traffic and address data may be incomplete or out of date.

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. Estimated arrival times, risk scores, routes and maintenance signals are predictions based on available data and may be wrong. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that they will achieve any particular cost, distance, fuel or on-time result.

To the extent permitted by law, LogiRoute AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end access to the Services, including early access, if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the Services. On termination you may request an export of your customer data within 30 days, after which we may delete it.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date shows the latest version, and continued use of the Services after a change means you accept it. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@logirouteai.xyz.
