LogiRoute AI (“we”, “us”) develops route optimization and dispatch software for delivery fleets. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through our website at logirouteai.xyz and through early-access and contact requests.

Information you submit. When you use the early-access or contact forms we collect the details you enter: your name, business email address, company name, company or fleet size, primary use case, inquiry type and the content of your message. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message.

Technical information. Our hosting provider automatically processes basic request data, such as IP address, browser type, requested pages and timestamps, to deliver the website and protect it against abuse.

No tracking cookies. The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies or third-party tracking scripts. Fonts are served from our own domain. The interactive product demo runs entirely in your browser using fictional sample data, and nothing you do in the demo is sent to us.

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries and running a secure website, and compliance with legal obligations. We do not use your information for automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with providers that help us run the website and respond to you, under terms that restrict their use of it:

• Our website hosting and content delivery provider.
• The form-processing and email delivery service that forwards form submissions to our inbox, which may include Amazon Web Services (for example Amazon SES).
• Our business email provider.

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights, users or the public.

Our service providers may process information in countries other than the one you are in. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer under applicable data protection law.

We keep inquiry and early-access information for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship. If no relationship follows, we delete or anonymize it within 24 months of our last contact with you, unless we need to keep it longer to meet a legal obligation. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to processing, to data portability, and to complain to your local data protection authority. We use HTTPS for all website traffic and limit access to submitted information to the people who need it to respond. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This policy covers our website and inquiries. Order, route, driver and vehicle data that customers process in the LogiRoute AI platform is handled under the agreement with that customer, which governs how such data is used, stored and deleted.

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
